
Level 3 Diploma Practitioner in Personal Training
This is the most common route to becoming a personal trainer, combine the Level 2 Gym and Level 3
Personal Trainer courses to make it more cost effective. This course is your entry route to becoming a Personal Trainer if you have no previous fitness qualifications.

This means that you can complete the course in a timescale that suits YOU. There is a mixture of home learning and face to face visits with your mentor (These will be arranged at mutually convenient times).

Level 2 Modules
Principles of health and wellbeing for exercise, fitness and health
The aim of this unit is to develop knowledge and understanding of the key principles of
exercise, fitness and health, including the components, principles and variables of
fitness, the health and benefits of physical activity and the importance of healthy eating
Level 3 Modules
Anatomy physiology and kinesiology for exercise and health
The aim of this unit is to develop learner knowledge and understanding of anatomy and
physiology of the human body and how this relates to exercise and health, including
postural and core stability.
